About

With

designed
and managed change
initiatives, used
innovative approaches and intuition to institute and
sustain new processes in diverse environments,
planned and managed large-scale projects, coordinated
cross-departmental cooperation to achieve objectives,
and hired and built exceptional, highly functional
teams.
I have studied human
capacities development and innovative leadership
strategies under Dr. Jean Houston, a founder of the
human potential movement and leader in cultural
development initiatives.
